Performance Mission

The Performance Mission “PM” concept is a target-oriented training system for athletes and aspiring athletes. The Performance Missions combine elements from traditional strength training, explosive strength training, stamina training, circuit training and flexibility training in a series of effective exercises, which are done systematically over six one-month cycles. This means that each mission is quite a challenge. However, completing the mission is just the first step. The challenge is to continually improve your performance. Push yourself to the limit and improve your performance.

Each workout is your opportunity to improve. Use these opportunities to become a true athlete.

The Performance Mission training system is organised in a cycle in order to continually give you inspiration and structure in your workouts. The PM training system enables sportspeople to achieve the major attributes of an athlete. This training programme is not just suitable for athletes but also for aspiring athletes. Sportspeople from a wide range of disciplines are already convinced that the Performance Mission training system continually enables them to achieve more.

The new Performance Mission training system now helps sportspeople to reach their limits and even exceed them. Boosts in performance are only achieved when the body says “I can’t go on” and you push ahead anyway. Give your body the opportunity to recognise new limits and improve your performance, step by step.

We are here to help you do this and achieve your best-ever results.

Bear Mode

1st month: Bear-Mode Strength building

Your strength is the basis for the Performance Mission training system. You can’t build muscle without strength training. Increase your maximum strength using the PM 5×5 strength-building plans to boost your performance. We have developed this Performance Mission especially with the aim of increasing strength. The PM 5×5 plans give you the option of forming the basis for further Performance Missions and to build up your maximum strength.

Leopard Mode

2nd month: Leopard-Mode Explosive strength

Explosive strength has the aim of completing a movement within the shortest possible time. With the aid of our PM 25/15/10 explosive strength plans, you will have the opportunity to use your increased strength and muscle mass. Explosive strength is one of an athlete’s most important attributes. With the PM 25/15/10 explosive strength exercises and exercises using your own body weight, your body and muscles will be given all the impetus they need to achieve even better performance.

Lion Mode

3rd month: Lion-Mode Stamina

Stamina is particularly important when strength has to be maintained over a long distance. Athletes need to have immense stamina to be able to stay one step ahead of their competitors. With a large number of reps, PM 50 offers the muscles all the stimulus they need to build up stamina and strength.

Snake Mode

Crocodile Mode

5th month: Crocodile-Mode Performance test

After four months on the Performance Mission, you will be ideally placed to take the performance test and pass it in style. Certain times are specified during which each Performance Mission has to be completed. These times indicate your fitness level and highlight areas for improvement. The test comprises the training plans that have already been completed in the previous months. Put yourself to the test and get ready for the sixth month, BEAST MODE.

Beast Mode

6th month Beast-Mode Explosive strength

Completed and passed the performance test? The sixth month addresses explosive strength. Explosive strength is built up using weight exercises that focus on speed strength, along with stamina exercises and high-intensity exercises. The PM 20 point 40 requires athletes to give their all and trains their ability to complete the exercises using explosive strength. Top athletes rely on their explosive strength. Exercises and movements to boost this type of strength also help you to achieve improved speed and stamina.

Rest days are core days. The core zone is exceptionally important for athletes and sportspeople, enabling them to fulfil their maximum potential. It is the basis for improvements in performance in every area of sport. Stability and strength in the body’s core are extremely important in speed strength training, stamina training, strength training and for flexibility exercises. Explosive strength is primarily controlled by the core, which maintains tension in the body.

Nutrition

Nutrition is the most important factor in boosting your own performance. It ensures the perfect supply of nutrients to the body. Particularly with the intensive training sessions in the Performance Mission system, the body requires the ideal nutrition plan. So eat healthily and gain energy. Our three-pillar nutrition system forms the basis of a balanced diet that is perfectly attuned to the needs of an athlete – whether in regard to fats or carbs as an energy source. We’ll show you how you can get the most out of your nutrition.
